SchoolsFirst FCU in California is seeking a Personal Banker (Member Service Representative III) to deliver World Class member service at our branch/service centers. You will process transactions, assess member needs, and promote credit union products to build relationships.

A strong track record in cash handling and customer service is essential. Notary license may be required; CA DMV pull program participation could be needed depending on the assignment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3-5 years of related experience required.
• Notary License required.
• Participation in the CA DMV pull program may be required depending on assignment.

Responsabilités

• Provides World Class member service to Members visiting branch/service center locations.
• Promotes credit union products and services to build relationships.
• Processes transactions in savings, consumer loans, real estate loans and auxiliary services.
• Completes documentation for accounts and loans per procedures.
