Job summary

PostCity Financial Credit Union in Long Beach is seeking a Member Relationship Representative (MRR) to join our branch team. You will deliver warm, professional service, handle teller transactions, open and maintain accounts, and support lending activities while building lasting member relationships.

You will engage with the community through outreach, help members navigate online banking, and ensure accuracy and compliance with credit union policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years member services experience in a Credit Union or financial institution is highly desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including writing business correspondence.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work 32+ hours a week, Monday through Friday, and the occasional weekend day.
• PC and calculator proficient, including experience with Microsoft products, Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a First-Class Member Experience by welcoming members and building genuine relationships.
• Assist with routine financial transactions, account maintenance, and inquiries regarding products and services.
• Open, maintain, and close member accounts with complete documentation; support loan processing and underwriting prep.
• Represent the branch in the community and support local outreach to deepen member relationships.
