Job summary

Vitality Group International, Inc. is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to deliver excellent support by quickly processing and directing member submissions verbally.

You will handle inbound calls, provide over-the-phone assistance, and aim for first-call resolution while guiding customers through our program. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support inbound phone calls from members.
• Provide over the phone support.
• Aim for first-call resolution.
• Respond to inquiries and route to proper departments.
• Resolve escalated inquiries rapidly.
• Develop knowledge of the Vitality program and suggest improvements.
• Identify process gaps and propose creative solutions.
• Track, analyze and report on process improvements.
• Communicate to internal and external audiences.
• Educate customers on the program and website navigation.
• Capture submitted events.
• Other duties as assigned.
