Remote Jobs is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to provide excellent service by quickly processing and directing submissions. You will handle inbound calls, deliver first-call resolution, educate members about the Vitality program, and help improve processes for a better member experience.

Strong communication and organizational skills are essential; a high school diploma is required with a bachelor’s degree preferred. The role is on-site in Little Rock, AR, with a pay rate of $16.50 per hour.

• Provide over the phone support and direct submissions.

• Track and report on improvements to current processes.
