Job summary

Heart of Louisiana Credit Union is seeking a Care Center Specialist to provide outstanding member service via ITMs, phone, chat, and email. You will handle transactions, assist with inquiries, and promote Heart services.

The role requires professionalism, reliability, and teamwork; a high school diploma or GED is accepted, with at least six months of customer service experience. Flexible schedule including Saturdays is needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of customer service experience.
• Professional, dependable, and flexible.

• Education: High school diploma, GED, or college degree.

Responsibilities

• Operate ITM and perform teller functions: cash, deposits, transfers, payments, balance inquiries.
• Assist members via calls, chat, and voicemails.
• Daily virtual balancing with ITMs.
• Research and resolve member questions and online resets.
• Print teller/cashier checks and statements.
• Identify opportunities for referrals and enroll members in Heart services.
• Work a flexible schedule including Saturdays.
• Care Center opening and closing procedures; other duties as assigned.
