Job summary

Heart of LA Federal Credit Union is seeking a Care Center Specialist to deliver exceptional customer experiences via ITMs, calls, chat, and email. You will perform standard teller functions, assist members with inquiries, and support online services.

The role requires at least six months of customer service, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong communication skills. A flexible schedule, including Saturdays, is expected to support member needs in our care center.

Responsibilities

• Operate the ITM and perform cash handling, deposits, transfers, payments, withdrawals, and balance inquiries.
• Assist members by answering calls, chats, and voicemails.
• Perform daily virtual balancing with the ITMs and ensure member satisfaction.
• Research and resolve member questions and online reset issues.
• Print teller checks and statements.
• Identify referral opportunities and help members enroll in Heart services.
• Maintain a flexible schedule including Saturdays.
• Perform Care Center opening and closing procedures and other duties assigned by management.
