Campus Federal Credit Union is seeking a friendly Campus Connect Teller to deliver exceptional member experiences via ITM technology in Baton Rouge. You will assist with a range of transactions, answer questions, and suggest products to help members reach financial goals.

The ideal candidate is service-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable navigating multiple systems in a fast-paced environment. Typical shifts may include the 10:30–7:00 window to support the Campus Connect department.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous customer service, cash handling, or retail experience preferred.
• Comfortable using technology and working across multiple systems.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional member service through ITM technology, creating positive experiences.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, check cashing, and inquiries accurately.
• Identify member needs and recommend products and services to meet goals.
• Balance ITM transactions and maintain operational accuracy.
• Support branch goals through proactive member engagement and referrals.
