Job summary

NRECA in Lincoln, NE is seeking a Associate, Member Contact Center to provide inbound member support and answer questions about group benefits and retirement accounts. This hybrid role offers a schedule from 10:15 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Monday through Friday, with up to two days work from home. Ideal candidates have at least 12 months of telephone customer service experience, familiarity with call tracking software, and knowledge of information security concepts.

Qualifications

• Required: Twelve months of telephone customer service experience, preferably in an inbound call center.
• Experience using call tracking software with a high level of detail.
• Knowledge of group insurance and pension plan administration.
• Knowledge of basic information security concepts.
• Ability to navigate multiple computer applications throughout the day.
• Excellent telephone customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to report to the office when required.
