National Rural Electric Cooperative Association (NRECA) in Lincoln, NE seeks an Associate for the Member Contact Center to assist members and benefits administrators with questions on group benefits, retirement plans, and related programs.

In a fast-paced inbound environment, you will provide outstanding customer service, accurately resolve inquiries, and support colleagues with professional, personable communication. The role offers a hybrid schedule, with up to two days per week remote work.

Formación

• 12 months of telephone customer service experience, preferably in an inbound call center.
• Experience using call tracking software with a high level of detail.
• Knowledge of group insurance and pension plan administration.
• Knowledge of basic information security concepts.
• Ability to comfortably navigate multiple computer applications throughout the day.
• Excellent telephone customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to report to the office when required.

Responsabilidades

• Answer questions about group benefits, retirement accounts, and related programs for members and benefits administrators.
• Provide accurate, personalized support and resolve inquiries with care and professionalism.
• Support enrollment processes and assist with program events in a fast-paced inbound center.
