Job summary

NRECA is seeking an Associate, Member Contact Center in Lincoln, NE for a fast-paced inbound call center role. The hybrid schedule allows up to 2 days remote per week.

You will assist members and benefits administrators with questions on group benefits, retirement accounts, and related programs, delivering exceptional service with accuracy.

Qualified candidates have at least 1 year of telephone customer service, knowledge of call tracking software, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 12 months inbound call center customer service experience.
• Knowledge of group insurance and pension plan administration.
• Ability to navigate multiple computer applications.
• Excellent telephone customer service skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
