Job summary

Tampa YMCA is seeking a YES Center Business Services Specialist to support the YMCA Engagement and Solutions Center. You will handle membership sales, cancellations, program registrations, billing tasks, and data reporting to ensure accurate member experiences across the YES Center and Family Centers.

The role requires adaptability to varied hours (early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays) and teamwork in a fast-paced environment, with emphasis on customer service and system proficiency.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Process membership sales, cancellations, and adjustments.
• Register programs, transfers, refunds, and add-ons.
• Manage recurring drafts and membership billing.
• Prepare reports and assist with data accuracy.
• Support call center and family centers during high volume.
