Job summary

Iron Bow Technologies is seeking Customer Service Representatives to support call center functions in Tampa. CSRs will serve as the primary liaison with Members and Providers, handling inquiries about benefits and enrollment processes.

The role emphasizes attendance, punctuality, and the need for a pre-employment background check and drug screening. Training starts in December with a temp-to-perm path and opportunities to contribute to performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Two years of customer service experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines.
• Must meet deadlines and handle multiple requests with excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and education regarding benefit utilization and limitations.
• Assist in managed care initiatives.
• Document all client interactions per procedures.
• Demonstrate best practices to improve quality, productivity and metrics.
• Provide information on inquiries related to pre-existing conditions, policies, riders, and enrollment/billing transactions.
• May serve as backup to Team Lead, Quality Analyst, or Trainer.
