WebTPA, a GuideWell Company, seeks a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls from providers and members, delivering courteous, accurate information on benefits, claims and eligibility. You will document each interaction and meet defined service metrics.

Training runs Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm CST, with an 8-hour shift between 7:00am–7:00pm CST. The role is full-time and on-site in San Antonio, TX.

Qualifications

• 0-1 years related work experience.
• Inbound call center experience in health insurance.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Successfully complete our training program.
• Answer inbound calls from providers and members.
• Provide resolution for questions about benefits, claims and eligibility.
• Document notes of each call to ensure all information is saved.
• Handle call backs and escalations as necessary.
