• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Responsabilités

• Provide outstanding customer service and education regarding benefit utilization.
• Assist in the need for managed care initiatives.
• Document all client interactions per procedures.
• Demonstrate best practices to improve quality, productivity, and performance metrics.
• Explain information about pre-existing conditions, policies, riders, and enrollment/billing transactions.
• May backup Team Lead, Quality Analyst, or Trainer as needed.
