• Maintains knowledge of non-equity loan options (personal, shares secured, auto, boat).
• Passes Credit Consultation Certification within three months.
• Processes and funds loan applications.
• Establishes, develops, and maintains positive consumer member relationships.
• Educates members on money management and budgeting to reduce financial stress.
• Provides notary services and completes audits as assigned.
• Meets individual sales goals and contributes to branch success through consultative product discussions.
• Performs service calls and outbound calls; referrals to business partners.
