Job summary

Arizona Financial Credit Union in Phoenix seeks a Teller/Senior Teller focused on member engagement, accurate cash handling, and service excellence. You will open accounts, greet members, and activate services to support their financial goals.

The role requires MLO registration, knowledge of various loan options, and the ability to upsell appropriate products while delivering notary and audit tasks. Hybrid work and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED and one year of financial institution experience, or six months with Arizona Financial.
• Must register as an MLO and complete the required NMLS steps.
• Ability to greet members, open accounts and process loans and notary duties.

Responsibilities

• Open new accounts with activation of services aligned to member goals.
• Process specialty account openings, such as trust accounts.
• Maintain knowledge of non-equity loan options (personal, auto, etc.).
• Provide notary services and complete audits as assigned.
• Develop member relationships and achieve individual sales goals.
• Use consultative sales to offer products that meet members' needs.
• Handle service calls and referrals to partners as needed.
