Job summary

UFCU is seeking a Personal Banker to serve as a trusted ambassador of our values in Texas. You will deliver exceptional Member service by accurately processing transactions, opening accounts, reviewing credit reports, and assisting with loans and other service requests. You’ll engage in community activities and support branch operations.

The role emphasizes consultative sales, compliance, and teamwork to help Members achieve financial goals while upholding UFCU's standards and ethics.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• At least 6 months of customer service experience in a team setting.
• Experience with consultative sales in a financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, accurate service to Members per UFCU values.
• Open consumer deposit accounts and CDs.
• Read and review credit reports with Members.
• Process loan applications and financial transactions.
• Assist with fraud disputes and notary services.
