Job summary

University Federal Credit Union (UFCU) is seeking a Personal Banker to serve as a trusted ambassador of UFCU's values. You will deliver exceptional member service, process transactions, open accounts, review credit reports, and assist with loan applications while helping Members achieve their financial goals.

You will engage in community events, work with internal partners, and adhere to all policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service and team experience.
• Lending experience preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous service to Members per UFCU values.
• Respond and resolve member needs and service requests.
• Open consumer deposit accounts and Certificates of Deposit.
• Read and review credit reports with Members.
• Process loan applications, financial transactions, and other service requests.
• Refer Members to internal partners to solve problems.
• Support branch operations and onboarding.
• Host events and participate in SEG events.
• Adhere to laws, rules, regulations and internal controls.
