Job summary

UFCU is seeking a Personal Banker to serve as a trusted ambassador of the organization’s core values. You will deliver exceptional Member service by accurately processing transactions, answering questions, and resolving account-related issues of moderate complexity.

Through an interactive, consultative interview process, you identify Members’ financial needs, recommend solutions, support their goals, and engage in community events to strengthen relationships.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience and teamwork.
• Lending experience preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate service to Members.
• Open consumer deposit accounts and Certificates of Deposit.
• Process loan applications, financial transactions, and other service requests.
• Read and review credit reports with members and refer to appropriate partners.
• Adhere to all policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
