Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service and working in a team environment.
• Lending experience and experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate service to Members.
• Open consumer deposit accounts and Certificates of Deposit.
• Read and review credit reports with Members.
• Process loan applications and financial transactions.
• Refer Members to internal business partners to help solve problems.
• Support branch operations and participate in events.
