Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience in a team environment.
• Experience with consultative sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate service to Members.
• Open consumer deposit accounts and Certificates of Deposit.
• Read and review credit reports with Members and explain findings.
• Process loan applications and financial transactions.
• Refer Members to internal business partners for solutions.
• Host tables and participate in events and SEG activities.
• Adhere to all laws, regulations and internal controls.
