Job summary

UFCU in Texas is seeking a Personal Banker to serve as a trusted ambassador of our values. You will deliver exceptional Member service by processing transactions, answering questions, and resolving routine account issues with a consultative approach.

You will identify Members’ financial needs, recommend suitable solutions, support business development through events, and assist with deposits, loans, and notary and safety deposit services as part of daily branch operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience.
• Consultative sales experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Financial institution experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous, accurate service to Members.
• Open consumer deposit accounts and CDs.
• Process loans, financial transactions, and service requests.
• Read and review credit reports with members.
• Refer members to appropriate business partners.
• Support branch operations and participate in events.
