Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior customer service in financial or retail environment preferred.
• Experience in goal-oriented sales or proactive outreach preferred.
• Consultative sales or consumer lending experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify member needs and recommend products to strengthen relationships.
• -Achieve individual and branch sales goals through needs-based conversations.
• Provide friendly service during routine branch transactions.
• Open new memberships and standard deposit accounts.
• Support consumer loan origination and servicing following procedures.
• Educate members on digital banking tools.
