Job summary

Ideal candidates have at least six months in sales or customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Notary preferred, with strong Microsoft Office usage.”

• Aptitude for learning various computer systems to resolve member issues.

• Basic MS Office skills.
• Notary certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process routine financial transactions for members, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and cashier’s checks.
• Establish and maintain member deposit and loan accounts.
• Provide high-quality member service and escalate issues when needed.
• Identify and recommend products and services to meet members’ financial needs.
• Meet quarterly sales targets, campaigns, referrals, and incentives.
• Complete required compliance training and stay current on products and services.
• Perform account maintenance and update member information.
• Conduct follow-up calls for new and existing members.
