Job summary

First Tech in Vancouver, WA is seeking a Relationship Banker to act as a frontline financial partner for members. You will handle in-person, phone, and email transactions and deliver tailored product recommendations to help members reach their financial goals.

Join a fast-paced, member-focused team where you’ll meet quarterly sales targets, maintain accounts, and stay compliant with regulations while using Microsoft Office tools.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months in a fast-paced sales or customer service role is required; financial services experience preferred.
• Ability to listen to members' needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; concise and logical expression.

Responsibilities

• Process routine financial transactions for members, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments and cashier's checks.
• Establish and maintain member deposit and loan accounts.
• Provide high-quality member service and address concerns promptly, elevating when needed.
• Identify and recommend products/services to meet member financial needs; partner with service teams.
• Meet quarterly metrics, campaigns, cross-selling, referrals, and sales targets.
• Complete required compliance training and stay updated on credit union products and services.
• Perform account maintenance and update member information.
• Conduct follow-up calls for new and existing members.
