Aufgaben

• Greet and welcome members, owning the full experience from entry to exit.
• Build relationships by learning members' financial goals and suggesting products.
• Provide one-touch resolution or direct to the right person for assistance.
• Act as a technology liaison for digital wallet, mobile, and online banking questions.
• Advise on specialty accounts (decedent, IRAs, trusts, estates, power of attorney, guardianship).
• Evaluate credit worthiness, loan structure, pricing, and terms; recommend approvals or denials.
• Make outbound calls to educate members or for campaigns.
• Mentor and train branch staff; work as part of the branch team.
