TRUE Community Credit Union is seeking a full-time Member Advisor II for the Downtown Branch to deliver exceptional customer service and support members with banking needs. You will handle transactions, open deposits, assist with loans, and promote products that fit members' financial goals.

Responsibilities include fraud prevention education, policy adherence, and building lasting member relationships across multiple banking systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong member service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate multiple systems and software applications efficiently.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Lending, account opening, and sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities
