Qualifications

• 1–3 years of banking and lending experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong customer service and sales aptitude.
• Thorough knowledge of credit union products and services, with emphasis on deposit accounts.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with members by assisting with member service and account functions.
• Process member transactions, secure cash drawer, balance in accordance with policy.
• Open, close, and maintain member accounts including IRAs, HSAs, business, and estate accounts.
• Process consumer loan and HELOC applications and assist with home equity products.
• Provide professional, courteous service and follow up on interactions.
