Qualifications

• One to three years of similar or related experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong regulatory knowledge applicable to financial services (BSA, Patriot Act).

Responsabilités

• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and transfers at the counter, by phone, or by mail.
• Open new accounts and establish lending relationships with members.
• Cross-sell Credit Union products and services to members.
• Provide exceptional service and resolve member inquiries or issues promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of Credit Union products and eligibility for membership.
• Assist with branch audits and daily cash handling procedures.
