Job summary

TRUE Community Credit Union is seeking a full-time Member Advisor I for our Mason Branch. You will help members navigate financial decisions, open deposit accounts, process transactions, assist with consumer loan applications, and recommend products and services aligned with members' goals.

The role includes delivering exceptional service, educating members about fraud prevention, and building lasting relationships while navigating multiple banking systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of banking, retail, cash handling, customer service, sales, or related experience preferred.
• Strong member service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate multiple systems and software applications efficiently.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Lending, account opening, and sales experience preferred.

TRUE Community Credit Union is looking for a full-time Member Advisor I to join our team at our Mason Branch.

As a Member Advisor I, you'll help members navigate financial decisions, celebrate milestones, and find solutions that support their goals. Every interaction is an opportunity to build trust, strengthen relationships, and create a positive member experience.

Pay & Benefits

• $17.00-$18.50 per hour

Schedule

Approximately 40 hours per week, including:

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday: 8:45 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
• Wednesday: 7:45 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
• Saturdays (rotating): 8:45 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
