TRUE Community Credit Union is seeking a full-time Member Advisor I at the Mason Branch to assist members with deposits, loans, and financial decisions. You will deliver exceptional service, open accounts, and guide customers through products that meet their goals.

Your role emphasizes accurate transactions, fraud prevention education, and building lasting member relationships across multiple systems in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of banking, retail, cash handling, customer service, sales, or related experience preferred.
• Strong member service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems and software applications efficiently.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Lending, account opening, and sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to members.
