Responsibilities

• Process member transactions including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and cashier's checks.
• Provide exceptional member service by answering questions, resolving issues, and escalating when needed.
• Gather, input, and validate wire transfer information.
• Issue personal and business debit/credit cards and troubleshoot card issues.
• Educate members on self-service tools like Online/Mobile Banking and Remote Deposit Capture.
• Maintain accurate branch logs and assist with audits and compliance.
