Job summary

Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation seeks a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Lead to provide technical leadership in MEL systems, data governance and use for program improvement across EGPAF-supported countries in sub-Saharan Africa. The role emphasizes data quality, dashboards, and collaboration with DHDA teams to advance 95-95-95 outcomes and MTCT elimination.

Qualifications

Advanced degree (MPH, MSc) in Public Health, Biostatistics, Epidemiology, M&E, or other relevant fields.
Minimum of 10 years progressive experience in M&E of HIV and AIDS, and MNCH programs.
Experience with U.S. government funded programs and donor reporting is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead MEL guidance and design PMEPs and indicators with DoS/CDC funded projects.
Develop and implement data dashboards and data quality assurance activities.
Collaborate with country teams to strengthen HMIS integration and data use for program improvement.
Support capacity building and cross-country learning in MEL.
