Job summary

CMMB is seeking a Senior Manager of Monitoring and Evaluation to lead global MEL strategy, data standards, and knowledge management across Haiti, Peru, South Sudan, and affiliated partners. The role focuses on data aggregation, trend analysis, and cross-country learning to inform program design and donor reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Statistics, Evaluation and Measurement, Information Science, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years of technical experience in global health and development, preferably in LMICs and US contexts.
• Proven experience in M&E/QA processes across MNCH, HIV, TB, malaria, nutrition, WASH, NCDs, mental health, GBV.
• Extensive experience in proposal development and grant reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for MEL systems and data standards across global programs.
• Administer the CMMB M&E database on LogAlto and manage the Power BI dashboard portfolio.
• Mentor and build capacity of MEL staff and cross-country teams.
• Develop and implement annual M&E plans, budgets, and datasets for reporting and learning.
