Job summary

EGPAF is seeking a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Lead to provide strategic information management leadership across country teams in sub-Saharan Africa. The role integrates MEL systems with HMIS, supports data governance, and ensures data quality for program improvement in DoS and CDC funded projects.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in public health or related field.
• Strong data analysis and interpretation skills.
• Experience with M&E in health programs and international settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead MEL guidance adaptation for DoS and CDC-funded projects.
• Design and implement PMEPs and M&E plans.
• Develop data dashboards for program performance and decision making.
• Coordinate data quality assessments and data use for program improvement.
• Support capacity building and knowledge sharing across country teams.
