Job summary

Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation in the United States seeks a senior health economist to provide leadership in health economics, costing, and financial analysis across HIV, TB, and MNCH programs. You will design and deliver costed investment cases to support sustainability planning and inform donor strategies.

You will lead capacity building for country teams, integrate costing data into dashboards, and drive data-driven decision making to improve program impact and value for money.

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in health economics or related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in health economics or financing.
  • Expertise in costing methods and US government funded programs.
  • Strong technical writing and quantitative data analysis skills.

  • Develop costed investment cases and financing-gap analyses to inform sustainability planning.
