Responsibilities

• Coordinate all details for meeting room bookings incl catering, breaks, setup, and teardown.
• Communicate with clients to confirm needs and ensure smooth event execution.
• Monitor inventory of food items and maintain accurate order levels.
• Work a schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
