Drury Plaza Hotel in Nashville is seeking a meeting coordinator to manage room bookings, catering, and related guest requests. You will ensure setups, breaks, and breakdowns align with client needs while maintaining a warm, service-focused atmosphere.

BASIC FUNCTION & JOB DUTIES:

Under general supervision, coordinates all details in regarding meeting room bookings. Including, but not limited to catering services, breaks, set up, break down of meeting rooms and customer requests.

GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY:
