Job description

We are looking for a talented Meeting & Event Executive to join the opening team of the Hyatt Regency Rome Central.

The role will report to the Meeting & Event Manager.

Located adjacent to Rome Termini Station and near the Colosseum, the 238-room Hyatt Regency Rome Central is a 5-star hotel offering premium business services and a spectacular leisure rooftop experience.

The hotel provides a range of event venues, from ballrooms to boardrooms, suitable for both one-off meetings and all-day events.

Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct hotel site inspections and prepare tailored client proposals and presentations.
  2. Prepare event documentation and contracts, coordinating with sales, operations, and clients to ensure smooth execution during pre-event, event, and post-event phases.
  3. Promote up-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.
  4. Coordinate all event phases, ensuring timelines and client expectations are met.
  5. Monitor client satisfaction during and after events, gather feedback, and support post-event reporting to improve services and processes.
  6. Support the Meeting & Event Manager and team by ensuring compliance with Hyatt brand standards in quoting, contracting, and planning activities.
  7. Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure flawless event execution.
  8. Participate in training and professional development to grow within the role.
Skills and Requirements:
  • Previous experience in similar roles within international branded hotels.
  • Proficiency in Italian and English, both spoken and written.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of the local market and a strong network.
