Description
The Client Success Housing Manager is responsible for meeting all contractual obligations and building/maintaining strong consultative relationships with clients and hotels to improve overall client satisfaction. Key functions include managing room inventory, analyzing reports, providing consultative support, and ensuring event success in partnership with the Housing Operations Team. This position can be remote unless the applicant resides within 30 miles of the Folsom office.

Job Responsibilities
- Define, communicate, and successfully implement client launches related to Event & Group Housing services.
- Identify areas of critical need and provide solutions with attention to detail.
- Manage priorities effectively and provide timely feedback and updates.
- Monitor account time to maximize efficiency and profitability.
- Use systems to manage and report contractual service levels.
- Develop and execute project plans with defined timelines and tasks.
- Respond to clients within 24 hours.
- Provide customer and financial reports within 30 days.
- Act as the point-of-contact for escalations and troubleshoot issues to identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
- Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency, service quality, and customer retention.
- Review hotel contracts to ensure contractual and financial obligations are met.
- Consult on hotel room block allocations and manage inventory.
- Plan and manage overall housing services using designated technology.
- Finalize FAQ documentation per event and train Contact Center staff.
- Manage concessions and track earned complimentary rooms to maximize benefits.
- Participate in weekly client conference calls.
- Assist with onsite housing desk needs and logistics.
- Conduct room block audits.
- Provide strategic client reports on pickup, pace, and forecasted attrition.
- Complete closeout processes and submit invoices within 30 days post-event.

Requirements
Minimum Education and Experience:
- At least 3 years’ experience in Hotel Management, Room Block, or Group Housing.
- Experience with housing platforms such as Passkey or Resiada is preferred.
- Proven success managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Professional communication skills via in-person, email, and phone.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to collaborate across organizations and departments.
