Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Product Analyst (PA) IT Lead for MedTech R&D PLM to guide sustaining updates for the enterprise Windchill PLM platform. You will translate user challenges into stories, assess technical feasibility, and lead a globally distributed squad to deliver the road-map and value-driven improvements.

Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of PLM experience.
- 5+ years delivering technical solutions connecting business and technical partners.
- 5+ years PLM experience in Medical Devices industry.
- 3+ years Windchill MPMLink & Windchill PDMLink
- 2+ Windchill-ERP integration implementations.
- Leadership of globally distributed teams.
- Strong SDLC and Agile experience.
- Ability to translate user challenges into detailed requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of sustaining updates for the enterprise PLM (Windchill).
- Translate requirements into user stories, design guidance and tests.
- Generate fit/gap analyses comparing current state to proposed requirements.
- Set priorities and roadmap for the squad; align with stakeholders.
- Educate partners on PLM capabilities and data architecture.
- Resolve production issues with root-cause analysis and actionable steps.
- Maintain alignment with Product and Platform PMs; balance backlog priorities.
