Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technology field; equivalent practical experience may be considered
• 8+ years of experience in solution or enterprise architecture, PLM architecture, or related roles
• Strong experience architecting enterprise PLM solutions, including Windchill
• Understanding PLM lifecycle processes: data, doc mgmt, change control, BOM/config
• Experience designing or guiding integrations across complex enterprise landscapes
• Ability to create practical architecture guidance for PLM environments
• Experience identifying risks, dependencies, scalability needs, debt and compliance implications
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience in regulated or complex enterprise tech environments

Responsibilities

• Shape the future of R&D PLM architecture across MedTech, defining how PLM capabilities and processes should evolve
• Create practical blueprints, reference patterns, and design principles for consistent delivery
• Guide platform evolution to simplify landscape and increase reuse
• Mentor architects, engineers, and contributors to strengthen architecture maturity
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners across R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Data, product, platform and architecture
