Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Product Analyst IT Lead for MedTech R&D PLM to drive sustaining updates of the enterprise Windchill platform. You will translate user challenges into detailed stories, evaluate feasibility, and guide a globally distributed squad toward a clear roadmap.

You will collaborate with product managers to align PLM processes with business priorities, educate partners on data architecture, and resolve production issues with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in PLM domain with focus on MedTech.
• 5+ years delivering technical solutions aligning business and tech partners.
• 5+ years PLM experience in Medical Devices industry.
• 3+ years Windchill MPMLink/PDMLink implementations.
• 2+ Windchill-ERP integration projects.
• Strong SDLC and Agile (Scrum/SAFe) experience.
• Ability to translate user needs into detailed stories and requirements.

This role requires a deep functional understanding of the PLM system solution and data architecture to enable the digital thread of product data to external systems and data consumers.Assist in the following 1. Understand user challenges and system opportunities; translate them into detailed user stories| requirements| and bugs. Supporting documentation such as process flows| mockups| and system-specific functional design guidance2.Evaluate requests for technical feasibility and alignment with existing solution architecture3.Generate fit/gap analysis based on current state of system and business process against proposed requirements or business use cases4.Lead a squad as the Product Analyst (PA) by setting priorities| defining scope| and communicating the future roadmap/vision to developers| testers| and stakeholders that are globally distributed5.Educate partners on PLM capabilities and data architecture to develop a clear understanding across parties during requirement and solution definition6.Drive production system issues result in actionable next steps that resolve and/or mitigate the problem to business operations.
