Job summary

TALENT Software Services seeks an experienced Windchill Product Analyst (PA) IT Lead for MedTech R&D PLM in Raritan, NJ. The role leads a globally distributed team, defines the product roadmap, and delivers Windchill-based solutions across ERP integrations.

You will translate complex business needs into functional design, manage backlogs, and ensure data architecture supports a digital thread across systems while guiding SDLC in Scrum/SAFe environments.

Qualifications

10+ years in the PLM domain with leadership experience.
5+ years delivering technical solutions for business problems.
5+ years PLM experience in the Medical Devices industry.
3+ years Windchill PDMLink/ProjectLink/MPMLink experience.
2+ Windchill-ERP integration implementations.

Responsibilities

Lead PLM domain and technical leadership across global teams.
Translate business needs into user stories and functional specs.
Lead Windchill-ERP integrations and Ensure data architecture alignment.
Support production issues and define remediation plans.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
