Job summary

Johnson & Johnson, including DePuy Synthes, is recruiting for Spring 2027 Co-Op roles at the Raynham, MA site. You will assist in manufacturing and engineering activities within DePuy Synthes’ medical device operations, contributing to continuous improvement projects and data-driven process optimization.

The program targets undergraduates in Engineering disciplines, with a GPA of 2.8+ and a willingness to commute to Raynham, MA.

Qualifications

• Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year at an accredited University is required.
• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, industrial Engineering or related fields.
• Have a cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher, which is reflective of all college coursework.

Responsibilities

• Assist in process, project, and / or quality activities across the manufacturing network.
• Become involved in the day-to-day functions of a medical device manufacturing facility.
• Develop a range of business documents including but not limited to validation protocols, engineering studies, and work instructions.
• Support senior engineers on various Business Continuity and / or Cost Improvement projects.
• Create and analyze data related to manufacturing processes to recommend improvements or changes.
