• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• Significant change management experience in large-scale transformations.
• Experience advising senior leaders and governing programme-level risks.

Responsibilities

• Govern and deliver the programme change management strategy and standards.
• Coordinate readiness assessments, communications and training across regions.
• Lead multi-functional teams to ensure sustainable adoption of new processes and systems.
• Advise leadership on pace of change, milestones and mitigation plans.
• Maintain governance forums and templates for deployment teams.
