Job summary
Johnson & Johnson Technology Services (JJTS) is hiring an IT Lead SAP Service Maintenance to support the ERP Domain MedTech Product Line in North America. Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience supporting and administering SAP applications and technologies, including SAP ECC, GTS, MDG, CRM, BW, APO, GRC, SAP Business Objects, NetWeaver Portal, Process Orchestration, Gateway/Fiori, LVM, Web Dispatcher, and HANA.
- Hands-on S/4HANA experience preferred.
- Deep knowledge of OTC, Finance, and supply chain areas; SAP certification preferred.
- Strong ITIL process knowledge across incident, change, problems and release management.
Responsibilities
- Owner of the SLM lifecycle including SLAs/OLAs, monitoring, reporting, reviews, and governance.
- Optimize SAP portfolio and maintain CMDB accuracy.
- Lead incident and problem management with rapid resolution and sustainable fixes.
- Champion knowledge management and continuous service improvement.
- Collaborate on globalization programs within J&J supply chain.
- Drive observability, automation, and AI-driven capabilities.
