Johnson & Johnson is seeking a MedTech Supply Chain Business Adoption Lead to drive organizational change as part of a global digital transformation. The role can be based in Raritan, NJ; New Brunswick, NJ or internationally in Pinewood, UK; Zug, Switzerland or Diegem, Belgium.

Remote work options may be considered on a case-by-case basis with approval. You will lead change governance, engagement, training, readiness and sustainment to ensure value realization from the SAP S/4HANA implementation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of professional work experience in large-scale transformation.
• Desirable change management qualification or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Govern and deliver the programme change management strategy, approach, roadmap and standards.
• Lead workshops, executive discussions and training interventions across the programme.
• Coordinate readiness assessments and executive readouts to support go-live decisions.
• Partner with People & Culture, training and deployment partners to ensure aligned delivery.
• Oversee training strategy, communications, and change network interventions.
