Job summary

IQVIA MedTech seeks a senior leader to drive QARA and Compliance offerings, expanding executive engagement across priority accounts. You will lead the adoption of integrated technology and consulting solutions, develop marketplace insights, and guide teams through the sales cycle with a focus on delivering compliant, strategic value.

You will manage staff, partner with stakeholders, and shape implementation plans while traveling ~20% from the US remote base.

Qualifications

15 years relevant experience in Quality, Regulatory, Safety or Commercial Compliance in MedTech or agency environments.
4 years of management experience within a matrixed, multi-regional organization.
Strong leadership, presentation, communication and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

Develop differentiated technology and consulting offerings for QARA and Compliance.
Expand senior engagement with priority accounts and strengthen relationships with decision makers.
Lead integrated solutions selling across technology, consulting and services.
Create marketplace analyses and quantify opportunity areas.
Provide best-practice advisory throughout the sales cycle.
Drive marketing plans, strategy presentations and implementation execution.
Oversee proposal meetings and staff management per policy.
