Qualifications

• 10+ years in digital media, agency partnerships, or platform sales; healthcare, life sciences, or regulated industry marketing preferred.
• 3+ years of direct people management experience leading quota-carrying sales or partnership teams.
• Proven track record of driving revenue through agency or partner ecosystems.
• Experience with paid media (programmatic, search, social) and data-driven targeting and measurement solutions.
• Experience working within or alongside healthcare agencies and familiarity with privacy regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and scale a team of agency partnership sellers responsible for driving revenue across assigned accounts.
• Build, manage, and grow strategic relationships with holding companies, independent agencies, and healthcare-focused partners.
• Own and oversee agency-driven revenue across the team, including pipeline creation, forecasting, and quota attainment.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to position IQVIA Digital solutions within the agency ecosystem.
• Represent IQVIA Digital in senior-level agency meetings and industry forums; provide leadership on healthcare marketing trends.
